Tour Itinerary

           

Monday – Our luxury coach leaves Wiltshire and heads to Taunton for a lunchtime stop. We continue to our hotel arriving mid-afternoon to tea, coffee, and mince pies. Time to settle in before tonight’s dinner and entertainment.

 

Tuesday – A morning visit to Brixham, a colourful fishing port on the bottom edge of Torbay. Free time for a morning coffee and to browse this harbourside town before we continue to Torquay for lunch and an opportunity for some Christmas shopping if you wish.

 

Wednesday – A free day for you today to explore Babbacombe, you may wish to stroll down to the nearby model village or simply relax in the hotel. This evening after an early dinner we will be taking you to the Babbacombe theatre, a 5-minute walk from our hotel to enjoy their Christmas Variety show!

 

Thursday – After a relaxing breakfast the coach will be taking us to the famous ‘House of Marbles’, a unique attraction of marble runs and glass blowing! We continue to Trago mills for a lunch stop and a bit of retail therapy before the highlight when we take you to Paignton to catch the fabulous ‘Christmas Train of Lights’. Your festive journey begins where the vintage carriages await you decorated with thousands of lights both inside and out. Fifteen minutes later you will arrive at Churston Station where the show begins! A wonderful festive experience to enjoy on the run-up to this special time of the year.

 

Friday – After a farewell breakfast we leave Babbacombe and head for Exeter and their traditional Christmas markets. Back to Wiltshire and your waiting taxis after a memorable festive break.
