If you love all the things festive, but can’t wait until Christmas day, then this tour could be the icing on your Christmas cake! Celebrate early with plenty of festive trimmings, the magical Christmas tree trail in the centre of Bournemouth and an evening with the Royal Marines for their Christmas Spectacular!

 

Tour Itinerary

 

Monday – Our luxury coach will depart this morning and travel to Bournemouth with a lunch stop on route to Southampton for its Christmas markets. Welcome tea or coffee on our arrival at the hotel and time to settle in before a Sherry reception before tonight’s dinner and entertainment.

 

Tuesday – After a full English breakfast we visit Swanage for some free time to browse the shops and lunch before returning to the hotel mid-afternoon. For those that wish to join us, we take you into Bournemouth town which is transformed into an open-air alpine village with over 100 glittering trees and illuminations. We will spend a hour or so at dust to enjoy this Christmas tree wonderland! Returning to the hotel to a sherry reception before tonight’s traditional Christmas dinner with all the trimmings and live entertainment!

 

Wednesday – This morning we visit Poole harbour with free time to explore and have a light lunch before returning to the hotel for a afternoon tea dance including a cream tea!

 

Thursday – This morning we travel the short distance to Christchurch. An opportunity for some Christmas shopping. The highlight of the week is ‘The Royal Marines Christmas Spectacular’ for an evening performance. We enjoy a late afternoon bucks fizz reception before an early dinner before we leave for the wonderful show.

 

Friday – We leave Bournemouth after a leisurely breakfast and last night’s excitement and head back to Wiltshire. A lunch stop in Salisbury before re-joining your waiting taxis to return you safely home.
