Based at Llanberis in the Snowdonian National Park, we are delighted to invite you to this great winter warmer break filled with interesting excursions, a free bar each evening, great food, and complimentary tea and coffee in the hotel lounge throughout the day.

 

Tour Itinerary

 

Monday – After joining the coach from your taxis, we make our way to Wales where we will enjoy a welcome drink on arrival. Plenty of time to settle in before dinner and this evenings’ entertainment. Comfort stops on route.

 

Tuesday – This morning we travel across the Menai bridge to the Isle of Anglesey for a visit to Pili Palas Nature World and enter an environment of lush vegetation, waterfalls, butterflies, and an array of animals, reptiles, and insects. An opportunity to meet the parrots, meerkats and so much more, all inside so ideal at this time of the year when the weather might not be so kind! This afternoon we continue to Beaumaris for a lunch stop before visiting the James Pringle weavers for some indoor retail therapy. Back to the hotel to relax, before this evening’s dinner and entertainment.

 

Wednesday – Today is our free day to explore Llanberis and a chance to visit the local slate mine (free entry) just a short walk from our hotel. Dinner this evening followed by entertainment.

 

Thursday – This morning we visit the royal town and port of Caernarfon, a UNESCO world heritage site and home to Wales’s most famous castle. A couple of hours to explore before we continue to another popular coastal town, Llandudno for lunch and to browse shops and the 19^th century pier.

 

Friday – We leave Llanberis and begin our journey home via the pretty town of Betws-Y-Coed for a morning visit, heading back to Wiltshire and our waiting taxis late afternoon/early evening.
